WiLAN subsidiary signs agreement with security camera manufacturer

OTTAWA, Ont. — Wi-LAN Inc., a Quarterhill Inc. company, announced that WiLAN’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Security Video Camera Systems Inc., has entered into a license agreement with a leading security video and solution provider. The license covers various security video technologies.

The consideration payable to SVCS and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
